Adjustable Dumbbells can be used for all your home workout needs and exercises including presses, swings, deadlifts, squats, curls, sit-ups, snatch, renegade row, twists, clean & press, thrust and more.

The 36kg Adjustable Dumbbells come with their own tray to facilitate simple weight changes and tidy storage. Separate stands can be purchased to bring the adjustable dumbbells up to waist height.

Much improved adjustable weights

Having previously used the Braingain 24kg adjustable dumbbells, I was already a happy customer. However, the new 36kg adjustable dumbbells are not only heavier but they are vastly improved. The new twist-grip mechanism is easier to use and more efficient for changing weight during full-body workouts and circuits. Furthermore, the overall build is much better - the grip of the handle feels better for heavy lifts such as farmer's carry, deadlifts and chest press. Highly recommend.
