BRAINGAIN was founded during the pandemic, with very few convenient and affordable alternatives to the gym as countries across the world entered lockdowns. 

Founded by two best friends - Adil and Kareem - who were determined to help everyone keep fit and healthy by bringing you BRAINGAIN smart home gym equipment including including adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells and benches that are designed to be a space, time and money saver.

Having started in the UK, BRAINGAIN has now sold over 50,000 adjustable dumbbells in 25 countries across the UK, Europe and North America. We have now also expanded to serving commercial gyms, hotels and fitness studios across these geographies.
