Overview

The BRAINGAIN Adjustable Bench is a commercial grade bench perfect for your home or commercial gym set up, whether you’re looking to train in your garage or your living room covering flat, incline and decline angles. Quick and easy to install, folds away for easy use and can hold 350kg maximum weight capacity.

The backrest can be adjusted to 6 different angles covering flat, incline and decline angles giving you full flexibility to hit different exercises and muscle groups and add variety to your workout. The bench also folds away for easy storage when you’re not using it.

Paired with an adjustable dumbbell or adjustable kettlebell, you can incorporate exercises like chest press, chest flys, Bulgarian split squats, tricep extensions, renegade rows, weighted sit ups, Russian twists and many more. The adjustable bench can hold up to 350kg of total weight which makes it one of the most durable benches on the market.
